Cherish your life...

Life is unpredictable. We will never know what’s going to happen in the next minute.

Yesterday was just an ordinary day. Going to work like usual, even late like usual, busy all day like usual. At around 4 p.m, our HRD (Bu Rita) suddenly got a stroke at office. We hurriedly took her to the hospital. Her blood pressure was 285 / 205. But in the next few hours, her blood pressure was getting down until 89 / 55. At around 8 p.m her family arrived, and we left there. We were praying the best for her and hoping she will pass this condition. But we got a bad news today, she was passed away around 4 a.m this morning.

Who know that all things will happen this fast. We chit-chat like usual yesterday, work like usual, and she was joking with me like usual. All things happen in a sudden. Rest In Peace, Bu Rita.

Treasure our life, treasure our friends, treasure all things around you coz we will never know what is going to happen in the next minute.

Tell them if you love them, tell them if you care, tell them what you feel inside, coz maybe in the next minute you have no chance to tell them anymore.

Rest In Peace, Bu Rita. We care, we love, and you will always in our heart.

Me as a Cancerian...

What do you know about a Cancerian ?

I can’t say it’s all about Cancerian. But me as a Cancerian.  I tweet a lot about what my horoscope said about us as a Cancerian. And I found out a lot of statements look really similiar to me.

Look at its sign. It’s a crab. Crab has shell. You know what is the use of its shell? I, Cancerian, always use my shell to protect myself from others. I won’t let anyone hurt my feeling. Yeah, maybe sometimes you hurt my feeling, but I will always face you with smile and let you know nothing. I, as a Cancerian, won’t let anyone know about my problems, I always keep them inside, coz I don’t want to bother anyone, I prefer to solve them myself.  

If I’m broken heart, you won’t know that I’m broken heart, because what I say, what I tweet, what I show you is not really what I feel.  I love to say A to hide B. Means, I love to say yes, I’m good, but inside I’m hurt. To some people, I can say what inside my heart. They will know what hurt me, and I can cry in front of them. But sometimes, if I think it’s necessary, I will tweet, I will show you what I really feel to let someone know,  coz I’m too afraid to tell them the truth. Hmmm, maybe I’m too afraid to hear the answer. I maybe a little bit “labil”. This moment i will say or choose A, but then the next moment I will say or choose B, but once i made my decision, I won’t change it.

I, Cancerian, am moodier than anysign and anyone. I can have four moods in a day –  smile sad angry and laugh. If you close enough to me, you won’t be surprised if I look like a crazy girl this moment, talk like crazy, laugh like crazy, but then the in the next minutes I want to be alone and cry because I remember of someone or something special.

What special about me as a Cancerian is I love to pay attention at things and people around me. So don’t be surprised when I tell you your habit and it’s damn true. Some of my friends know my habit, and I have told them a lot of things that I pay attention at, and they were surprised that what I told them coz after I told them, they try to see themselves, and it’s true.

I have a lot of friends. I’m friendly and easy to be friends with others. I can be very talkactive and say anything with you and share anything with you. I really appreciate my friendships with my friends. I said, I have a lot of friends, but not best friends. I can be very lonely sometimes, and want to be alone sometimes and need my ME TIME.

I’m a thinker. I can’t sleep all night just because one word from you, but I won’t be beated just because one word from you. I will think your words all night, and think is it true or not, and what’s the best or etc. And if I do something wrong to you, I can’t keep it inside my heart, coz it will ruin my day, so I always prefer to be honest to you.

I love to be at home than going around. I love to sleep, reading, or browsing than walking around at mall or hangout. That’s why they said I’m lazy. Sometimes I can be really a laziest one on earth, I can spend my day without doing anything and just laying all day in bed and switch from one channel to another. But once I get my mood and my inspiration, I can doing anything in a flash.

Don’t ever ask for my opinion if you don’t want to hear the truth. I don’t care if what I say will hurt you, once you ask for my opinion, I will tell you the truth eventhough it hurts you. And I don’t care. I won’t say sorry just to make you feel better. Let’s say, when we quarrel, and I don't think I’m the wrong one, don’t ever wish I will say sorry. We all are mature enough, we can think, we know what’s wrong and what’s right. So if I’m doing the wrong thing, I will say sorry, and so do you. Sometimes i will talk to you first without saying sorry (if I’m not the wrong one) to keep our friendship.

And if you messaged me and asked me question, and I give you a smily face :) , it means “YES”. But if you messaged me and tell me something, I give you a smily face :) , it means “I’m not in my mood. Don’t disturb”.  Yeah, like I said before, I can’t be disturbed if I’m not in my mood. I won’t tell you I’m not in my mood and “DON’T TALK TO ME”, so just figure out yourself. Too selfish hah? :)

My really really bad habit is I really can’t control my emotion. If I’m not in a good mood, and you make fun of me, I will angry like a bull and can’t control my mouth, words will just come out without thinking. It’s really a bad habit. Always trying my best to change this bad habit.

And and and, I’m a workaholic. Any unfinished job, I will take it home, and finish it at home. I can spend my weekend just to finish my works. I can’t have fun if I still have any pending job. There was one time I left my job at home, and went out with friends, what happened? I really can’t have fun, and just thought about my job all day.

One of my friends tell me that I’m a “pengumpul”, he said, I can gather all friends together and make them going along with each other and become a great team. I can’t say it’s true, coz it’s his opinion, and I don’t know what others say about me.


I do love children, that's why I love to play with kids. If I meet kids at any place, I will play with them, touch them, take their pic. My bad day will be better if I play and have fun with kids. 

Yeah, I think I know myself quite well. Hope all my friends can understand me and can get along with me. And i love myself a lot, because “IF WE DON’T LOVE OURSELVES, HOW CAN OTHERS LOVE OURSELVES”

Know your strengths and your weakness well is a great thing, coz you can use them to approach any opportunities and avoid any threats that come to you. That’s what they say SWOT ANALYSIS. Not only company can do SWOT analysis. We, ourselves, can do it also. The SWOT matrix is designed to help you break through your limitations and fears. 

Just cherish what we have !!!

I always complain that why we have to work until late and sometimes we have to take our works home and do it at home. But then i realize that we have to cherish everything we have, including our job.

I met my friend two days ago, he went to Medical Faculty and now is on his practical to become a doctor. He came to Jakarta to have some fun since it was long weekend. He arrived at Jakarta on 170512, and went back to Palembang on 190512. We had some fun with other friends while he was at Jakarta. Yesterday 180512 we went out till midnight around 2 AM, and his flight would depart on 6.30 AM. And he had to directly go to Hospital after his arrival at Palembang.

I bbm him around 10 AM today and asked him if he had arrived at Palembang. He told me, he had arrived and he was so sleepy, but he still had to work. Then I told him, “you can sleep till drop tomorrow since tomorrow is Sunday”. He replied me, “I have my night work (“jaga malam”) tomorrow”

Just then I feel that I really have to cherish my job. I work until late, but I don’t have to work at Sunday, and I don’t have any night work job.

I felt tired because of waking up earlier these three days. And felt like i haven’t sleep well. But then what about him, he didn’t sleep well also and had to go to work as soon as his arrival at Palembang.

CHERISH WHAT WE HAVE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING.

We had some conversation while he was here. He told me, “Everyone said that becoming a Doctor is great, because they make a lot of money. Do you think it’s profitable?”. Because TIME VALUE OF MONEY was in my mind that time, so I told him, “Not profitable. Because you invest a lot of money now but you earn it later, after a long time. Money that you invest now has the higher value than money that you earn later”. He said he was agree.

But then, I thought a lot. I changed my mind.
It’s a profitable proffesion, I think. Okay, you invest a lot of money that has higher value than money that you earn later. But THINK, (Let’s say...) I have a shop and You have a clinic.  There was a lot of factors that will affect my shop’s income : consumers’ habit, inflation, economy, consumers’ needs, etc. But for a DOCTOR, income is always there, because sickness is a part of human life. And, in TIME VALUE OF MONEY, i forgot that it also has TERMINAL VALUE.

What we have invest for our knowledge : INITIAL OUTLAY
What we earn (after deducting expenses) : CASH FLOW
But if we can earn it forever, it certainly has TERMINAL VALUE
This TERMINAL VALUE will give you positive CASH FLOW forever as long as you can control your expenses.
From FINANCE perspective, it’s PROFITABLE.
And From SOCIAL perspective, it’s also PROFITABLE. With your knowledge, you HELP a lot of people. You HELP them to stay alive.

ECONOM help government to increase their economic growth.
ARCHITECTURE makes this country has a great infrastructure, and of course best infrastructure will help everyone and everything in this country to transport well.
TECHNIC will help company to produce product, help this country to build its infrastructure and make communication in this world become more easier.

EVERYONE in this world is IMPORTANT. WE ARE PART OF THIS WORLD.
